This was my first time buying from this website. I didn't have time to waste on a company that didn't deliver. Service was great! I placed the order late in the day; but it still shipped that day. When I called Customer Service, they answered immediately and answered my questions. I am very pleased.

It was after 6 pm on the Friday before Christmas. I had been waiting for a FedEx delivery of toner all day. It never showed up. I found GMS on a Google search and called the number. When Alan answered I could not believe it. He said he was waiting for the UPS pick up. I asked if you could still ship overnight, Saturday delivery and he said if he had it in stock he would make it happen. He had the toner I needed to complete the Christmas programs for a church that has been our customer for nearly 25 years. If he hadn't answered the phone or didn't want to make the effort we would have disappointed our long time customer and really been in bad shape. These guys are life savers - i ran out of ink and the Sunday bulletin was due. They delivered on time!!

We ran out of blueprint toner the on July 5th, no one was open to be able to pick one up. I was able to order on line on the 5th for over nite shipping. I got it first thing Monday morning. Great Company, great service!!
